FRONTIER LEAGUE KICKS OFF EXHIBITION GAME SCHEDULE

The Frontier League kicks off its exhibition season Tuesday with 25 games scheduled between now and Thursday May 9th. The Gateway Grizzlies host the Evansville Otters Tuesday at Grizzlies Ballpark. First Pitch is scheduled for 10:45 AM for an Education Day Presented By Collinsville Aqua Park.

"It's great to see our Teams back out on the field playing real baseball games", noted Frontier League Commissioner Steve Tahsler. "It's just a reminder we are one step closer to our Opening Day and the official start of the 2024 season."

Teams have just over a week to get their Rosters down to the 24 Players who will make up the start of the 2024 campaigns. So while the games may not count in the standings, they mean quite a bit to the ballplayers out on the field fighting for jobs.

There will be games every day between Tuesday and Tuesday May 7th. 2024 also marks the debut of the Frontier League's new 16th team, the New England Knockouts who will be playing their home games at Campanelli Stadium in Brockton, Massachusetts. Many of these games are available to fans at a reduced ticket price and some do not charge any ticket fees to attend.
