OTTERS GRIZZLIES, GAME ONE PREVIEW WITH LINEUPS.
Evansville, Indiana - After knocking off the Schaumburg Boomers in a 4-3 wild card nail bitter. The Otters return home to host the west champion Gateway Grizzlies.
Slated for a 6:35 central time first pitch from Bosse Field, Lukas Veinbergs (9-3, 4.54 ERA) will go for the Grizzlies, Otters will counter with Braden Scott (4-1, 3.43 ERA).
Evansville leaned on their bullpen against the Boomers, and it paid off. However, Andy McCauley will be hoping to get more distance out of his starter at the start of this three game playoff set. Having a starter go deep against Steve Brooks stacked Grizzlies lineup is a tall order, however.
